人大附中通州校区讯（范译丹）8月31日下午4点30分，人大附中通州校区2017-2018学年开学典礼在学校操场上顺利举行。中国人民大学党委委员、人大附中校长翟小宁，人大附中联合总校党委书记、人大附中副校长、人大附中通州校区执行校长刘小惠，人大附中通州校区副校长徐良云、副校长杨晓薇、副校长高超、副校长张丽亚、副校长程岚等领导，陆航学院首长和全校同学、全体教职工共同出席典礼。开学典礼由副校长徐良云主持。
The 2017-2018 opening ceremony of RDFZ Tongzhou Campus was held on the school playground at 4:30 pm on August 31st. ZhaiXiaoning (the Party Committee member of RUC, the Principal of RDFZ), Liu Xiaohui (the Party Committee Secretary of RDFZ United Schools, the Vice-principal of RDFZ, the Executive Principal of RDFZ Tongzhou Campus), and the Vice-principals of RDFZ Tongzhou Campus: XuLiangyun, Yang Xiaowei, GaoChao, Zhang Liya, Cheng Lan all attended the ceremony along with the chief of Chinese people's Liberation Army Aviation School, all the students, teachers and other school staffs. XuLiangyun, our vice-principal hosted the ceremony.

翟小宁校长在典礼上表示，人大附中通州校区承载着市区政府打造与城市副中心功能定位相适应的教育体系的重托，办学坚持高起点、高标准、高水平原则，落实习近平总书记提出“世界眼光、国际标准、中国特色、高点定位”的要求。我校教育教学和人才培养要兼具国际视野、中国特色、科学精神、创新思维等特质。打造与城市副中心功能定位相适应的教育就是立德树人的教育，人大附中通州校区全体师生将精诚团结，砥砺前行。
RDFZ Tongzhou Campus is entrusted by the municipal government with an important task to build an education system which adapts to the city sub-center’s function. ZhaiXiaoning pointed out that ourschool should adhere to the principle of high starting point, high standard and high level, implementing President Xi’s requirements of “a school with cosmopolitan vision, international standard, Chinese characteristics and high level”, which means our school should cultivate our students into this type of talents. An education system which fits the sub-center’s function should focus on enhancing students’morality and fostering talents. All teachers and students should unite to work harder and forge ahead.

初一新生齐唱校歌《与太阳一同升起》，嘹亮的歌喉唱出了初一年级同学们的朝气蓬勃，优美的旋律在回荡在学校上空。随后，214名初一新生、217名高一新生和76名1+3项目新生在陆航首长的指挥下，分别向全校师生展示了他们的军训成果。动作整齐划一，标准规范，展示了人大附中通州校区新生昂扬的精神面貌。
During the ceremony, all middle school freshmen sang the school song “Rising with the Sun”. Their loud, clear and wonderful voices which were full of enthusiasm reverberated around the school. Then, 214 middle school freshmen, 217 high school freshmen and 76 new students of “1+3” program successively presented their military training achievements under the command of the chief. Their harmonious and perfect movements demonstrated great morale.

Freshman representatives of three grades delivered their speeches in turn using both Chinese and English, which shows our school’s English characteristic. Our school has alwaysattached great importance to students’ physical fitness and physical exercise to promote their comprehensive development, which was thoroughly and vividly shown in the performances of our school football, basketball and volleyball teams.

今年，我校有近30位来自清华、北大、人大、北师大、中科院、北外等著名高校的硕士、博士毕业任教，他们为人大附中通州校区的教师资源注入了新鲜的血液，“为校奉献，为校争光”是他们的责任与追求。
This year, nearly 30 new teachers including doctors and postgraduates from Tsinghua University, Peking University, Beijing Normal University, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences andBeijing Foreign Studies University came to join our school and brought new vitality to our teacher’s group. Dr. HuoYing who graduated from RDFZ in 2006 and now teaches at The Central Academy of Drama, gave her speech as an outstanding graduate on the ceremony. She talked about her own personal experience to encourage and advise her young schoolmates to adhere to the RDFZ’s motto “all for human progress” and advance bravely through all difficulties.

刘小惠校长对同学们作了寄语，对不同年级的同学，有着不同的期望和要求：对于刚入学的新生，希望他们尽快适应新的学习、快速融入集体；初三、高三的同学已经到了冲刺阶段，要有“舍我其谁”的信念和气魄；初二的同学们要尊德守礼、厚积薄发。对于全体同学而言，要满怀朝气，只争朝夕，奋发学习，走好人生最重要、最美好的一段路程！

She hopes that the freshmen of this year will quickly adapt to the study and life here and integrate into this big family, that senior students of middle school and high school will be confident to face all difficulties, that junior students will enhance their morality and pursue full development, that all students will be vigorous and enthusiastic to study harder and make the best of their life.
